INNOTECH takes the responsibility handling of your personal data extremely seriously. In particular, we believe we have an obligation to maintain and protect the privacy of our clients, business partners and employees and to process all data in conformity with the applicable legal provisions.

We collect personal data to ensure that contracts are processed, to reinforce our business relationships and to comply with legal obligations. Under no circumstances will the data we collect about you be sold or marketed in any other way.
Data collection on the website
Every time our website www.innotech.at is accessed, data are saved in a log file. The following data are stored temporarily:
- IP address and DNS name of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Page visited (URL)
- HTTP response code
- Operating system with version
- Browser with version
- Search terms
Cookies and Google Analytics
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer that enable analysis of your use of the website. On this website the extension „ga('set', 'anonymizeIp', true);“ has been added to the Google Analytics code. This guarantees anonymized collection of IP addresses (known as “IP masking”).
Facebook plugins (Like & Share button)
Plugins from the social network Facebook provided by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA are integrated into our website. When you visit our website, the plugin creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This informs Facebook that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like button” while you are logged in to your Facebook account you can link the contents of our site to your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to associate the visit to our site with your user account. Please be aware that as providers of the site we are not informed of the content of the data transferred or the use of these data by Facebook. Plugins and tools
Our website uses plugins from the website YouTube, operated by Google. The website operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
If you visit one of our pages that has a YouTube plugin, a connection with the YouTube servers will be created. This will inform the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged in to your YouTube account, this will enable YouTube to associate your surfing behaviour directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
YouTube uses the information in the interests of relevant representation of our online presence. This constitutes a legitimate interest as defined by Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Data stored by the website
Data stored by the website will be summarised for statistical purposes in anonymized form. These statistics enable analysis of the visitor’s use of the website. It is primarily the order of pages visited that is analysed. This information is for the purpose of improving the website.
Use of your data for marketing purposes/newsletter
We use your data for marketing purposes to enhance our business relationship with you, taking into strict consideration the legal provisions. You receive the newsletter on the grounds of consent, which you can withdraw at any time (using the link in the newsletter).

- In the next window click on the “Privacy” tab.
- To deactivate cookies, tick the “Always” option under “Block cookies”.
- If you want to reactivate cookies, tick “Never”.
We transfer your data within our group to INNOTECH Holding GmbH and to our partner companies located within the EU for the purposes of delivery and fulfilment of the contract and to create and send advertising materials, insofar as this is necessary for contract processing and advertisement of the products and services we offer. Furthermore, your data are transmitted to the credit agency AKV (AKV Europa – Alpenländischer Kreditorenverband) for the purposes of checking your credit rating. Our partners have been carefully selected by us and are obligated to handle your data confidentially on the basis of the legal provisions. Our partners are not permitted to pass on your data for their own purposes or to third parties.
Contact form - In order to process your enquiry as quickly as possible we may pass on your enquiry to an Innotech partner in the respective country.
You have the fundamental right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. You can exercise your rights at an time by sending an email to Datenschutz@innotech.at, by contacting us in person (by telephone or at our premises) or by notifying us by post or fax.
As a data subject, you must identify yourself and assist with identification in order to ensure that, when responding to the notification of exercise of the respective right, you as the data subject are actually being addressed.
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law or that your data privacy rights have otherwise been infringed, you may make a complaint to the regulatory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
